We offer subsidised delivery on all orders (Sydney,Brisbane,Melbourne,Canberra,Adelaide and Perth metro), however a surcharge may apply to some country areas.
Subsidised delivery is not offered on any clearance items.
For next day delivery (depending on the location and stock availability) - orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 10am. We can not offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or public holidays.
All flooring deliveries are made to "kerbside" at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The driver may require help unloading the products. As deliveries can be made by large truck or van, it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by truck. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the courier's discretion. We can advise the courier you preferred time but once again this will be at to the courier's discretion and their delivery route. We will pass on your phone details to the courier, but cannot make them contact you - this again is at their discretion.
If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge, if applicable.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address - unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery charge where applicable. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
The actual original freight charge is not the freight charge listed on your invoice. In most cases iFloor.com.au subsidises all freight charges in order to offer a more competitive price.
