How to Order and Pay

There are several ways you can order.

You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.You can e-mail us your order at sales@ifloor.com.au we will call you back.

Request Call Back:

Request that we call you for your ordrer and payment details, we will call you back within 24 hours.

Send Cheque:

Once again process your order online, wait for us to confirm the delivery price,

Then print out your email and send it along with your cheque:

There are several ways which you can pay.

Direct Deposit:

This is the easiest way to pay once we have confirmed your delivery price and stock avalability we will forward you with our bank details so you may make a direct deposit. Once recieved we will despatch.

Credit / Debit Card:

This is the easiest way to pay is using a credit or debit card, this can be debited immediately and we can arrange delivery within a couple of days providing stock is available.

Cheque:

You may also pay by cheque, this can take up to 7 working days to clear, once cleared, stock can be dispatched, or special orders can be processed.

Deposit:

You can put a small deposit down on your order. We will then hold any product and price given at the time, for a period of up to 2 months, longer time may be negotiated.
